Use the image library
Upload images once and use them in notes, sites, books, workspaces, and publishing tools.
The image library stores uploads for reuse by Magpie's creation tools. An image picker may appear inside Website Builder, Books, idea workspaces, Store, or another editor rather than as a separate navigation section.
Upload a supported image, wait for processing to finish, then choose it from the library. The service can provide display and thumbnail versions while retaining the stored original needed by the feature. Deleting an image can break places that still refer to its address; check its uses before removing it.
Image storage belongs to the applicable Personal or team context and counts toward its plan allowance. The Billing page gives the current storage limit. Reusing an existing image avoids another upload; it does not copy the file for each page.
Use alternative text in the destination feature when the image communicates information. File names are not a substitute for that description.
If an upload is refused, check that the file is an image, is not empty, and that storage is available. For a valid upload that never finishes processing, Contact support.
