This site started as Magpie Meetings, a booking-page site: set the hours you are free, publish a link, and people pick a slot (still here as the Meetings section).

Over the last fifteen years or so Andrew built a number of separate apps and websites — notes, newsletters, forms, books, podcasts, message boards, and others. Almost all of them have now been rebuilt here, in one account with a focus on UX and solid apps. The current list is on the home page.

Andrew Smales is a developer in Toronto. He built Diaryland in 1999, and Pitas, an early blogging tool. He still maintains Diaryland.
