Magpie Meetings is now an everything app
Current contents
Everything in this list is part of Magpie now.
Plan and keep track
CalendarMeetings people have booked, events you have created and due dates from Kanban cards, in day, week or month view. The calendar has a URL other calendar apps can subscribe to.
ContactsOne record per person: how to reach them, notes about them, the meetings they booked and the invoices they were sent.
FormsCreate a form, share its link and collect responses in one place. Forms can be used for questions, registrations and feedback.
Idea WorkspacesA canvas you put notes, images and links on and arrange by dragging. There are no columns and no lists.
Kanban BoardsColumns you name and cards you drag between them. A card takes an assignee, a due date, a checklist and comments. Cards with a due date appear on the calendar.
MeetingsSet the hours you are available, publish a booking link, and people pick a slot. Event types can have different lengths and their own questions. Confirmations, reminders and reschedules are sent for you.
NotesMarkdown with a live preview and full-text search across every note. A note can be attached to a meeting or a contact.
To-dosCapture something in seconds, plan Today, set reminders and repeats, and share a List with your team. My To-dos pulls together what is assigned to you across every team.
Talk and share
Link-In-Bio ListMake one public page with the links you want to share. Add a profile, choose its appearance and see which links people open.
Message BoardsPosts and replies on a board that is either private to your team or open to the public. Posts stay readable at their own address.
Screen RecorderRecord your screen, with or without your camera in the corner. When you stop you get a link, and the person you send it to watches in their browser.
Team chatChannels, direct messages, threads and reactions. Files and links can be posted, and a video call can be started from a message.
Video ChatSend a link and the other person joins in their browser. Guests do not need an account and there is nothing to install. Screen sharing and text chat are included.
Publish
BooksWrite in chapters and publish to a reader on the web. Drafts stay private until you publish, and the text is Markdown you can export.
Favicon GeneratorUpload or paste an image and download the browser, phone, and installable-app icons a website needs.
NewsletterA signup form, a subscriber list, an editor and a send. Opens and clicks are recorded for each email.
PodcastRecord an episode in your browser or upload one you made elsewhere. Hosting and the RSS feed that podcast apps read are included.
PresentationsCreate slide decks with text, images, shapes and speaker notes. Present from Magpie or share a published deck by link.
RSS ReaderFollow RSS and Atom feeds and read new entries in the order they arrived. Existing subscriptions can be imported from an OPML file.
Website BuilderPages, navigation and a custom domain. There are no themes to install and no plugins.
Sell things and get paid
InvoicingBuild an invoice from a contact, email it as a PDF, and record the payment when it arrives. Invoices past their due date are marked overdue.
StorePhysical and digital products, card payments, and a record of orders and shipping. Payments go to your own Stripe account.
SupportersMonthly tiers people can subscribe to, and posts only subscribers can read. Payments go to your own Stripe account.
