1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, email address, password (encrypted), and profile details
• Scheduling Data: Availability preferences, event types, booking rules, and scheduling configurations
• Calendar Data: Events, appointments, and calendar metadata when you connect calendar services
• Communications: Messages, support requests, and feedback you send to us

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, and interaction patterns
• Device Information: Browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers
• Log Data: IP addresses, timestamps, error logs, and system activity
• Public Page Activity: When you open a page a user has published, such as a shared screen recording or a published form, we record the visit and what happens on it - for a recording, whether the video was played, how far through it was watched, and which links or buttons were used - together with the IP address, browser and referring page. The user who published the page is shown counts and recent activity derived from this. It is not linked to an account unless you are signed in, and it is not used to build a profile of you across pages.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

• OAuth Providers: Basic profile information from Google or other authentication providers
• Calendar Services: Calendar events and availability from connected Google Calendar or other services
• Video Conferencing: Meeting details from Zoom or other integrated video providers (if configured)

1.4 Payment Information

If you make or receive a payment through the Service, including purchases made through a Team's Store, payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. We receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as the amount, order status, and the last four digits of a payment method, which we use to display order history, provide support, and detect fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: Operate the scheduling platform, process bookings, and manage appointments
• Account Management: Create and maintain your account, authenticate access, and provide support
• Communications: Send booking confirmations, reminders, notifications, and service updates
• Calendar Integration: Sync with external calendars, detect conflicts, and update availability
• Security: Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; maintain system integrity
• Analytics: Understand usage patterns, improve features, and optimize performance

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

3.1 With Service Providers

We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the platform, including:

• Calendar and video conferencing integrations you choose to connect

When someone books a meeting with you, we share the information necessary to facilitate the appointment (name, email, meeting details).

3.3 For Legal Reasons

3.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

3.5 With Payment Processors and Sellers

Payment and payout data is shared with Stripe, which processes it as an independent controller/processor under its own privacy policy and the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. If you buy from a Team's Store, we share the information necessary to complete and fulfill that order (such as your name, shipping address, and order details) with the selling Team, who is responsible for handling that data in connection with your purchase.

4. Your Data Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
