Set up Supporters
Publish a page where people can choose a monthly tier and receive gated posts.
Supporters is one recurring paid-content program for the selected team. Start it with a public name and introduction, then complete the profile, Payments, tiers, and posts shown in the setup list.
The profile controls the name, description, public address, and cover image. Connect the team's Stripe account before taking subscriptions. Supporters uses monthly recurring direct charges in that account and applies Magpie's Supporters fee. The seller remains responsible for taxes, refunds, disputes, and customer service.
Publish the supporter page only after at least one active tier is ready. Taking the page offline can be blocked while active subscribers still have paid access; their subscriptions must be handled before the content route disappears.
A Supporters customer is not a team member. Their subscription grants only the post access defined by the program and tier.
The feature is called Supporters, not Memberships. If the public page is live but offers no checkout, verify Payments and the active tiers. If both are ready, Contact support.
