Supporter tiers and posts
Set monthly prices, archive tiers, and publish posts for everyone, all paying supporters, or selected tiers.
A tier has a name, monthly price, benefits summary, and description. The price and currency belong to its Stripe price and cannot be edited like ordinary copy; create a replacement tier when the amount must change.
Turning off Accepting new subscribers removes the tier from new checkout without cancelling existing subscriptions. Archiving also preserves the tier record so renewals and historical access can still be understood. Existing subscribers keep access according to their subscription state.
Posts support Markdown and an optional excerpt. Choose one audience:
- Everyone: visible without a subscription.
- All paying supporters: visible to any active eligible subscription.
- Selected tiers: visible only to eligible subscribers on the chosen tiers.
Save a post as a draft until it is ready. Publishing applies the selected access rule immediately. For locked visitors, the excerpt can appear but the protected body is not sent to the page.
Deleting a post is permanent. If an eligible subscriber sees only the locked excerpt after signing in, verify their subscription and tier, then Contact support.
