Connect Zoom
Create Zoom calls for meetings and include the correct host and attendee links.
Open Integrations, choose Connect Zoom, and approve access in Zoom. New meetings can then receive a Zoom call. The attendee gets the join link; the host notification uses the host start link.
If a pending meeting has no call link, the confirmation page can attach Zoom when the account is connected. A meeting that already has Zoom does not need another call.
Cancelling the meeting removes the associated Zoom meeting. Disconnecting Zoom stops new meetings from being created; it does not invalidate links already stored on existing meetings.
When both Zoom and Google Calendar are connected, Zoom supplies the conference link and Google Calendar can still receive the meeting event. Magpie does not create a second Google Meet link in that case.
If new meetings stop appearing, reconnect Zoom to refresh authorization. For a meeting whose stored link points to a missing or wrong Zoom meeting, Contact support.
