Calendar shows what is happening when. Agenda lists the next 14 days, Day shows all 24 hours, and Month gives a wider overview. Events, meetings, scheduled To-dos, and To-do deadlines have different markers.

The selected context controls what appears. Personal Calendar includes your account's meetings, Personal events, and Personal To-dos. A shared team Calendar contains that team's events and To-dos; it does not expose a member's Personal meetings to the team.

Use + Event to open the event form. In Day view, selecting an empty part of an hour starts an event at that time. Selecting an item opens its details. Month days open in Day view.

Use Calendar settings to choose the time increment used by the calendar's time controls and empty-time selection. It does not change existing items.

Magpie Calendar events block the same time on your meeting page. Your meetings also block later meeting choices. Connected Google Calendar busy times remain part of the same availability check; see Connect Google Calendar.

The calendar download route produces an ICS file that calendar applications can import. An import is a snapshot unless the receiving application explicitly treats the address as a subscription. Changes in Magpie do not alter a file that was already downloaded.

If an item seems absent, check the selected Personal or team context and move to the date containing its start time. If the downloaded file is rejected by a calendar application, Contact support.
