Set up and share your meeting page
Publish a page where people can choose a meeting type and an available time.
Your meeting page combines Meeting Types with your available times. Its address uses the public handle shown in Account settings. The Meetings dashboard shows the address, upcoming meetings, and shortcuts to the setup pages.
Before sharing it:
- Add at least one weekly availability range.
- Create a Meeting Type with a name and duration.
- Check the account time zone.
- Open the public page while signed out and schedule a test meeting.
A visitor chooses a Meeting Type, date, and time, then supplies their contact details. Existing meetings, Magpie Calendar events, and connected Google Calendar busy times are removed from the choices. The visitor sees times in their own selected time zone while the meeting is stored as one shared instant.
Your public meeting page uses the same display name, handle, and bio as the rest of your Magpie identity. Change those values under Account settings rather than trying to edit the meeting page separately.
If the page has no times, use Availability and Meeting Types. If a time remains unavailable after those checks, Contact support.
