Availability says when you normally accept meetings. A Meeting Type says what a visitor can schedule during those times.

Set weekly availability

Open Availability, select one or more weekdays, enter a start and end time, and add the range. Add another range when a day has a break. Delete a range to stop offering it. Times are interpreted in your account time zone.

Availability is not a promise that every time in the range will appear. Existing meetings, Magpie Calendar events, and busy times from Google Calendar can block individual choices.

Create Meeting Types

Open Meeting Types and enter the meeting name, duration in minutes, and optional description. The name and description appear on the meeting page. Use distinct Meeting Types when the purpose or length is different.

Free and Pro plans have different Meeting Type limits; meetings themselves are not capped. The Billing page shows the current limit.

If the meeting page still has no choices, check that at least one range is in the future, one Meeting Type exists, and Calendar does not show a conflicting event. Then check Google Calendar; see Connect Google Calendar. If the source of the conflict is not visible, Contact support.
