A Link-In-Bio List is a single public page of links, for the one address a social profile gives you. It belongs to the Personal or team context selected when you create it. Links is the list itself, and Settings, Appearance, and Analytics are the rest of the section.

Open Links and choose Create your list to start. One list exists per context.

Blocks

Everything on the page is a block, added from + Add link and reordered by dragging or by the move buttons on each row. A block's Kind is one of:

  • Link — a title, an address, and an optional description under the title.
  • Heading — a label that groups the blocks under it.
  • Text — a line of writing between blocks.
  • Divider — a rule.
  • Magpie page — a link to your own Store, Supporters page, or Website, so the address stays right if any of them moves.

A block can be hidden without deleting it. A hidden block keeps its click count and stops appearing on the public page.

Profile and address

Settings holds everything that is not a block:

  • Address is the public URL. Copy it into a social profile bio.
  • Published decides whether anyone but your team can open the page. A new list starts unpublished; publish it when it is ready to be seen.
  • Slug is the last part of the address. Changing it breaks every copy of the old address you have already shared.
  • Preview text is what appears under the title when the page is shared or found in search. Your description is used when it is empty.
  • Picture, Display name, and Description are the header of the page itself.
  • QR code opens a printable code for the same address.

Social profiles

Under Add a social profile, choose a network and paste the address of your profile there. Each network can appear once, and each is drawn as its own mark in a row rather than as a full-width block.

The networks are Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Bluesky, Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub, Twitch, Discord, Spotify, and Apple Music, plus Website and Email for anything else. Email accepts a plain address and turns it into a mailto: link.

Analytics

Analytics shows page views, total link clicks, and clicks per view, then a table of clicks per link. These are counts only: nothing is recorded about individual visitors, and visits from your own team are not counted. A link's count starts when the link is created, so a link added last week and one added today are not comparable.

Appearance and bulk edits

How the page looks is a separate screen — see Design your Link-In-Bio List for palettes, backgrounds, layouts, buttons, and type. To build or replace a whole list in one step instead of block by block, see Build a links list by pasting JSON.

If your list will not publish, or the public address shows the wrong page, Contact support.
