Track work with Kanban boards
Move cards through columns, assign work, set due dates, discuss cards, and accept outside suggestions.
A Kanban board tracks work as cards moving through ordered columns. Create one with an owner team, name, description, and outside-access setting.
Add a card to the appropriate column, then open it to edit the title and description, assign a team member, set a due date, or add comments. Dragging a card to another column records the change in the board activity log. Use the log to understand what changed rather than duplicating status updates in every card.
When outside suggestions are enabled, people with the suggestion link can submit a title and description without managing the board. Suggested cards land in Inbox until a team member reviews and moves them. The link is an intake route, not permission to read or edit the rest of the board.
Board settings control the description and outside access. Deleting a board deletes its columns, cards, comments, and activity, and cannot be undone. Free and Pro plans have different board limits.
