Create a product with a name, type, price, SKU, description, and image. A physical product requires shipping. A digital product uses an attached PDF or ZIP file, is not shipped, and is sold without stock tracking.

Every product has a purchasable variant. A simple product uses one default variant. Add up to three option dimensions, such as Size and Colour, to generate the combinations customers choose. Give each active combination its price, optional compare-at price, SKU, and inventory setting.

Track stock stops sales when available stock reaches zero. For sale controls whether a variant can be chosen. Reserved quantities protect items during active checkout and can temporarily make less stock available than the on-hand number suggests.

Add and order product images, choose useful alternative text, and associate an image with a variant where helpful. Digital files are private and delivered only through a paid order link. Current limits accept PDF or ZIP uploads up to the size stated by the file picker.

Publishing requires an image and at least one active purchasable variant. A published product address remains stable. Archive products needed by old orders rather than deleting their history. For a valid variant that remains unavailable, Contact support.
