Collections and shipping
Group products and configure country-level flat, free, or threshold shipping methods.
Collections are public groups of products. Give a collection a name, address, description, and product selection, then publish it. Products can belong to more than one collection. Only active products appear to shoppers.
Shipping zones group destination countries that share methods. Enter country
codes such as CA or US, then add a method:
- Flat charges the entered amount.
- Free charges nothing.
- Free over threshold becomes free when merchandise reaches the configured subtotal.
The optional delivery description tells shoppers what the method means. A country can belong to only one active zone in a Store, which prevents two different rate sets from applying at once.
Shipping is requested only when the cart contains a physical product. A cart of digital products does not need a shipping address or method. Store currently does not quote carriers, buy labels, or calculate postal-code and weight tables.
If a method does not appear, check the Store origin, destination country, zone, method state, threshold, and whether the cart actually requires shipping. If those match, Contact support.
