SMS meeting reminders
Turn on text reminders and choose how long before a meeting they are sent.
The Twilio SMS section under Integrations controls text reminders for meetings. Turn reminders on and choose how many minutes before the meeting the message should be sent.
Only meetings with a usable attendee phone number can receive a reminder. The
current integration accepts +1 numbers. Store numbers in international form,
including the country code. Turning reminders on does not add a phone number to
older meetings that do not have one.
SMS is an additional reminder, not the meeting record. A failed text does not cancel or reschedule the meeting, and email remains the normal source of its details.
If the SMS controls are unavailable, the site operator has not configured the Twilio service. If they are enabled and supported numbers consistently receive nothing, Contact support.
