Manage and import newsletter subscribers

Only team admins can open Subscribers, because it shows email addresses. Filter by status, search by email or name, and remove an address. Removal stops future email from this newsletter; it does not erase what was already sent.

The status tabs are Active (confirmed, and getting email), Unconfirmed (asked to join but never opened the confirmation link), Unsubscribed, Removed by an admin, and Suppressed after a hard bounce or a spam complaint. A long list shows its most recent 500; search to narrow it, or export the whole thing.

Import a list

Upload a small CSV, TSV, or pipe-delimited file, or paste addresses. Say where the list came from and how those people agreed to receive this newsletter, then certify that permission. The upload is read once for the import and is not kept. Imported addresses become active without confirming, which is why the certification is there.

The importer excludes malformed addresses, duplicates, inactive source rows, existing subscribers, and addresses globally suppressed after a hard bounce or spam complaint. An import is not permission to email a purchased, scraped, or unrelated list.

Every delivered email contains an unsubscribe route. A hard bounce or complaint suppresses the address across team newsletters so another import cannot silently add it back.
