Contacts belong to the selected Personal or team context. Search the list by name or company, or create a contact from the page action.

A contact can store a structured name, display name, company, several email addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses, and one primary value of each kind. Labels such as work or billing explain how a value is used. Notes are private to the owning context.

Tags group contacts for your own use. Select existing tags or add a new tag while editing; the new tag is created when the contact is saved. Customer details include the default payment-term length and billing address used when starting an invoice. Adding a contact from the invoice editor returns to the preserved draft with that contact selected.

Country fields that request a short code use the two-letter country form such as CA or US. A contact with invoices on file cannot be deleted because the invoice history must keep its customer relationship.

Plan limits apply to the number of contacts. If a saved contact appears missing, check the selected context. If its data is present but cannot be opened, Contact support.
